any capacity. You are only being charged for entering / including your
information into our database. By signing up / joining, you hereby
authorize your credit card to be charged and accept these terms and conditions. By
signing up, you fully understand, and agree to authorize recurrent
billing to your credit card. You
also agree to and allow contact by phone, fax, email, text or
other means of communication to potential landlords and interested
